Beautifully made and easy to build, arrived quickly

Had a fair few problems. In my opinion, the given description is not fully clear on the amount of effort needed to assemble the table, there are no pre-drilled holes, and it is necessary to measure everything yourself so each piece is properly centred. I was able to assemble it, but the description could be better.

Furthermore, when the table arrived, one piece was the wrong size. I was sent a replacement quickly, which had screws sticking out of it, so wasn’t usable. I was sent another replacement which was correct.

I am very happy now with the table, it’s just a shame it took two replacement pieces to get there. The customer support resolving the issue was excellent though, and the replacements were sent within two days.

Took a bit of time to put together but it was worth it.

This is a high quality item. The base is wide and stable, and remained standing in recent winds that had all the local bins tipped over. A lovely design a great addition to my garden.

I wasn’t expecting the level of self assembly to be quite what it is-it’s basically all the bits but with no indication of where screws should go, so all a bit guess work following the basic pictures! For the price I would have expected screw holes but looking at the instructions it’s very hit and miss and whether I end up with something that resembles the completed picture is debatable! For the price I would have expected something simpler.

We are delighted with our new bird table although there was a bit of a mix up with Yodels delivery it was taken to the wrong address. Don’t really know whose fault it was as the parcel didn’t have my name on it and wrong house number. We contacted the seller who helpfully tracked it down for us and it was with a neighbour, So unfortunately we didn’t receive it for a week trying to find out where it had been delivered to. The seller was very helpful all the time.When we put the bird house together it’s looking really nice. This item is well made using good timber it’s a very good price. Delivery would have been quicker if the item had been properly labelled.
However we got it in the end and you could say it was well worth the wait. Thank you.

Superb, exactly as advertised would 100% recommend.

You need a good level of skill to put this together as it’s not predrilled. An electric screwdriver is required and two people to assemble it.
It looks good once assembled but is not the easier thing to put together and with hindsight I would have bought one pre assembled.

Delivery was in good time, package was well wrapped, however the item was sent damaged. The roof ends had previously been attached and obviously ripped out so the wood was damaged, we had to change how to screw it together as wood was broken. One of the roof pieces was also broken. Table was very wobbly when attached to the pole, we attached a bracket to keep it sturdy.
Disappointed about the damages, we managed to bodge it but wouldn’t buy again.

Fabulous quality. Very sturdy base. Bought for my 80 year old parents for their new home and my dad said it was straight forward to assemble . Birds are coming to it so mum very chuffed!

Bought bird table as a gift, good quality, easy to assemble and exactly as described, sturdy and should last a while.
