EPDM Rubber Roof

Upgrade your standard roofing felt to an EPDM rubber roof for a longer-lasting, low-maintenance roofing solution.

Breathable Membrane

A breathable membrane can be fitted behind the external timber cladding to provide an additional layer of protection against wind-driven rain and moisture.

• Helps protect the inside of the building from moisture penetration
• Helps protect against water entering through natural gaps or movement in the timber cladding
• Allows water vapour to escape, helping the timber structure to breathe
• Particularly recommended where the contents of the building need additional protection from the elements

Delivery & installation

Delivery is calculated from your postcode at checkout. Where professional installation is available, it can be selected separately. Your base should be firm, level and suitable for the building before delivery or installation.

Pressure-treated timber

The timber is pressure treated to help protect it from rot and decay. Timber is a natural material, so knots, colour variation, small splits, checks and movement can occur as the building seasons. These are normal characteristics of outdoor timber and do not usually affect structural performance.
