EPDM Rubber Roof

• Helps protect against water entering through natural gaps or movement in the timber cladding
• Allows water vapour to escape, helping the timber structure to breathe

Delivery & assembly

Delivery is calculated from your postcode at checkout. Assembly is not included as standard; where installation is available it can be arranged separately. The building must be positioned on a firm, level and suitable base.

Natural timber

The timber is pressure treated to help protect against rot and decay. Knots, colour variation, small splits, checks and minor movement can occur as the timber seasons outdoors and are normal characteristics of the material.
