A breathable membrane sits behind the external timber cladding. It adds a secondary weather-resistant layer while allowing water vapour to escape, helping manage moisture within the structure. It does not replace the roof covering or normal timber maintenance.
Thick mineral felt is the standard roof covering. EPDM is a premium single-piece rubber roof covering with fewer joints and lower routine maintenance when correctly installed. The timber roof structure beneath remains as specified for the building.

Yes. Our showroom is at Belle Vue Mill, Belle Vue Road, Leek, Staffordshire ST13 8EP. You can also order online without visiting.

Understanding & caring for natural timber
Pressure treatment protects timber against rot, fungal decay and insect attack but does not make the building waterproof. Once the timber is sufficiently dry, apply a suitable exterior wood paint, stain or water-repellent treatment and maintain it periodically.

02 · Fully Finished
From £19,995 · A beautifully finished interior without the DIY fit-out.
Includes the complete shell plus 70mm insulation to walls, floor and roof, internal boarding and plastering, laminate flooring over heavy-duty timber floorboards, and electrical sockets and lighting to an agreed specification.

Every garden is different. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the final specification, lead time, site access, delivery, installation and any site-specific requirements. Groundworks, foundations and connection to your property's mains electrical supply are not confirmed as included in the advertised price and must be agreed in writing. The smaller-size configurations are subject to final specification confirmation.
