Delivery Information

We deliver to most UK postcodes. Delivery costs will be calculated and added at checkout once you enter a postcode.

All orders are delivered via pallet courier. Items arrive securely shrink-wrapped on a pallet and are delivered to the front of the property.

Please ensure there is sufficient access for a large delivery vehicle (similar in size to a refuse lorry).

The driver will use a tail-lift and pump truck to unload the pallet and place it on a driveway or at the front of the property where access allows.

Once notified of the delivery date, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Understanding & Caring for Natural Timber

The Chatsworth Summerhouse has been beautifully designed with unmatched durability and strength, standing out with 22mm tanalised log lap cladding and a 50mm x 50mm redwood framework. Made from slow-grown timber for a tight grain, it ensures lasting resilience. The 20mm solid floorboards, supported by 3x2 tanalised floor bearers, and a 12.5mm tongue-and-groove roof with torch-on mineral felt offer robust, weather-resistant construction.

This garden building features pressure-treated wood with rot protection for up to 20 years. With occasional paint maintenance, it’s an investment that will enhance your outdoor space for years to come. Built to exceed industry standards, it combines superior craftsmanship with long-term reliability.

DELIVERY COST is calculated at checkout after you enter your address.

ASSEMBLY is not included but can be added at checkout if needed.

Why Churnet Valley?

Our furniture is eco-friendly because we only use wood from Scandinavian forests that are managed responsibly by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC). This means that when trees are cut down, more are planted in their place. We also take the extra step of having our wood pressure-treated to protect it against weather for many years. Most garden furniture today is made to last only three or four years, but our products are built to last almost four times longer, which helps protect the planet's natural resources.

All of our products are handmade. Since they are made from natural wood, you might see some small cracks or splits. This happens because wood can lose moisture in warm, dry weather or when exposed to strong sunlight. In cooler, wetter weather, the wood takes in moisture again, which can help reduce these cracks. These natural changes don't affect the quality of our products. We do our best to smooth out splinters and rough edges, but we might not catch every single one.
