Our Heavy Duty Apex Garden Shed range is built for customers who want a substantial pressure-treated timber shed with flexible size, door and window options.

Heavy-Duty Timber Specification

  • 20mm timber cladding and floorboards
  • 12.5mm tongue-and-groove roof
  • 50mm x 50mm redwood framework
  • 4mm rip-resistant polyester felt
  • Pressure treated throughout
  • Approx. 210cm eaves height
  • Approx. 240cm total height

Choose Your Size, Doors & Windows

Multiple sizes are available with single or double door options and a choice of window configurations. The length refers to the window side and the width refers to the door end. The window panel can be positioned on either side during assembly.

The standard door includes an internal drop bolt with hasp and staple.

Delivery & Assembly

Delivery cost is calculated at checkout after you enter your address. Assembly is not included as standard but can be added at checkout where available.

Pressure treatment helps protect the timber against rot and decay. Periodic waterproof timber treatment is still recommended as part of normal maintenance.

Why Churnet Valley?

Our furniture is eco-friendly because we only use wood from Scandinavian forests that are managed responsibly by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC). This means that when trees are cut down, more are planted in their place. We also take the extra step of having our wood pressure-treated to protect it against weather for many years. Most garden furniture today is made to last only three or four years, but our products are built to last almost four times longer, which helps protect the planet's natural resources.

All of our products are handmade. Since they are made from natural wood, you might see some small cracks or splits. This happens because wood can lose moisture in warm, dry weather or when exposed to strong sunlight. In cooler, wetter weather, the wood takes in moisture again, which can help reduce these cracks. These natural changes don't affect the quality of our products. We do our best to smooth out splinters and rough edges, but we might not catch every single one.
